Life is good here in Truckee at the moment. I have had a busy painting season. It has been much easier getting work than I thought it would be. Usually I will start painting a house and two or three other home owner will stop by and want their house done. Next year I plan on expanding by 50%. I never thought I would be capable of working on a multi million dollar house but I took a few on and I am definetly entering the higher end markets.

Noel has her real estate brokers liscence now. She had been working diligently trying to get her new website up and running. Her web designer seems to by quite talented. Customers will be able to rent a vacation home or search the mls service for properties to buy. With Google pay per click we are gambling that the site will pay off.

Gavin has been growing fast. He is an easy kid to take care of. Always having fun and smiling. His language skills are improving by leaps and bounds. If I say it to him he will repeat it. He loves playing at the playgrounds and sliding down the highest slide he can find. He is definetly a great incentive to come home after work. He is lots of fun.
